Here I go again!! I'm still trying to drum up interest in an old, long forgotten classic SLR camera. In it's day the Topcon RE Super/Super D was a revolutionary camera, way ahead of it's time. But in spite of advanced
design (it took Nikon and Canon about 10 years to catch up) it never was
able to overcome poor marketing. And after about 15 years faded from the scene.
The occasion for this posting is that I have just revised my Web Site
devoted to this camera system--I invite any and all to visit it. The URL is:
http://topconcollection.home.att.net
Notice..will the gentleman who always comes back with the comment that we camera collectors are depriving budding photographers of cheap used cameras please keep his remarks to himself. Everything in my collection works and I use this outdated equipment to make fine photographs (at least in my opinion). I have offered a starter outfit to all my kids and grandkids and none wanted to learn how to focus and set exposure. They just want click, click, then off to the one-hour photo lab.
